Each year, the Trinity Common Foundation stages several special
events.
These events raise funds for the foundation but they also heighten
awareness among area residents as to just how valuable an asset
the Trinity River truly is.
Help us advance the Trinity River Corridor Project by agreeing
to help us stage one of these special events … or come and have
a great time as a participant!
Trinity River Levee Run
Every spring, hundreds of avid athletes don their running shoes
and traverse the top of a Trinity River levee both to improve
their health and benefit a good cause.
This 10K cross-country race raises important funds for the Trinity
Commons Foundation. It also raises awareness of the Trinity
River corridor and the exciting projects underway to enhance
it. The top three finishers in each age category receive prizes
and the event is accented by live music.
- The next Trinity River Levee Run will take place in March, 2011.

Trinity Commons Foundation
Membership Luncheon
Annually, the foundation also stages a luncheon designed to
inform foundation members about the latest developments with
the Trinity River project.
Renowned guest speakers offer their insights into the progress
of the river’s transformation and what needs to take place next.
